I accept full personal liability for the Equipment listed in Section 3 from the time of collection until confirmed return and inspection by PhotoVideo Gears.
I acknowledge that the security deposit may be converted to a charge or that I may be invoiced for any damage, loss, or outstanding fees identified upon return of the Equipment.
